We develop restructuring plans as well as the terms and conditions of composition arrangements. We assist management boards or business owners in preparing restructuring plans and in developing the terms and conditions of composition arrangements with creditors. We negotiate the terms and conditions of each composition arrangement on behalf of the debtor. During composition proceedings we prepare the composition and monitor the process of its approval, choosing the right restructuring procedure.
We fix companies
One of our Partners is a licensed restructuring advisor, and thus he can serve as a trustee, receiver or composition supervisor in restructuring proceedings. Creditors and the debtor are entitled to appoint an advisor to the aforementioned positions.
We represent creditors in case of problems with debtors
We work for creditors in restructuring and insolvency proceedings. We sit on the creditors’ boards, looking after their interests. We negotiate with the debtors on behalf of the creditors.
We assist in bankruptcy or winding up businesses
We draw up bankruptcy petitions and support debtors in insolvency proceedings. We perform voluntary liquidations of companies, also serving as liquidators.
We assist in selling businesses
We provide support to shareholders or business owners in selling their business after its restructuring. We represent the client in negotiations with the purchaser and facilitate the sales process.
We draw up petitions in personal bankruptcy, we represent clients in insolvency proceedings and we negotiate a repayment plan with the creditors.
We advise clients on cross-border insolvency in Poland or in other countries (in cooperation with foreign lawyers).
